Custom knives for wood processing

SIKNIVES for Wood Industry are custom industrial knives and related wear parts made by SIJ Ravne Systems for wood processing. The range covers veneer and plywood, wooden chips, OSB, MDF and particle board, saw milling, and wear and spare parts.

Veneer knives are produced up to 6,000 mm / 236 inches in length from high-grade through-hardened solid steels and inlay steel, together with rotary clipper knives for plywood and veneer production. Chipper knives come in different grades, vacuum hardened, for different wood types and conditions.

For OSB, MDF and particle board, flaker knives are offered in different material grades according to machine and wood type. The saw milling range includes trimmer knives and thin planing knives in carbide-tipped steel, solid high-speed steel and tool steel.
