Overview
Consistent high-gloss finishes without manual polishing
The DLyte machines are designed for precise surface finishing of high-value metal components used in medical applications, luxury goods, tool making, and the food and pharmaceutical industries. In these fields the equipment often replaces manual polishing, which allows automation of the process chain, consistent surface finishes and stable manufacturing costs.
Besides a high-gloss appearance, the process improves the quality of the parts and extends their expected service life. The range covers six models, from the DLyte Desktop PRO with a working volume of Ø80 x 50 mm to the DLyte PRO500 with Ø700 x 250 mm.
DLyte systems run dry or gel-type electrolyte granules, which Rösler matches to the metal, the required finish and the part geometry. Suitable metals include aluminium, cobalt-chrome, copper alloys, nickel alloys, titanium alloys, steel and carbide metals.
