Plants designed around production and finishes
Buffoli designs and manufactures turnkey metal surface treatment plants in accordance with all current environmental regulations. Each plant is designed around the customer's requirements, and the plant type follows the required production and number of finishes.
The chemical sequence for each finish is chosen to optimize production while reducing power consumption and environmental impact. Finishes range from nickel and chrome, zinc, tin and hard chrome plating to anodizing, phosphating, chemical nickel, plating on plastic and precious metals treatment.
An automation center builds hardware and software tailored to each customer. The programs manage operating parameters for process and product certification, such as statistical process control and certification of each production lot, and loading automation covers barcode lot checks, loading weight checks, camera identification of single parts and control of loading robots or automatic loading and unloading systems.
Fumes from the galvanic solutions are extracted to current regulations, with dry scrubbers or automatic washing towers where needed. Skilled technicians and tele-assistance connections support the plants, with direct updates to the plant operating software.
