BLISS-BRET decoiling lines are turnkey coil feeding lines for presses, for strip 50 to 1,000 mm wide (up to 2,000 mm on request) and 0.4 to 7 mm thick, from aluminium up to very high-strength steels.

Overview
From coil to press in one line
BLISS-BRET builds turnkey decoiling lines for stamping and cutting presses in the automotive and steel industries. Lines are tailor-made and integrate easily with existing presses, for materials from aluminium to ultra-high-strength steels.
A line combines a DY decoiler (single or double, 2 to 10 t coils), a BIC introduction module, an RY or RZ straightener with 7 to 9 straightening rollers, TIH loop equipment and an ARES or ARE electronic roller feeder with brushless drive.
Lines comply with current European standards and include operator safety devices. Peripheral enclosures are designed together with the customer for productivity and ergonomics, and the complete line can be automated.
