About innuPREP DOUBLEpure Kit (PCR Reaction and Gel Clean Up)
The spin filter column has a binding capacity of over 20 µg, allowing for high yields and excellent quality when isolating DNA fragments. Depending on fragment size, recovery rates can be as high as 95 %. Other features of the innuPREP DOUBLEpure Kit include easy handling, flexible choice of elution volume and fast purification protocols.
