About Steritop Vacuum Bottle Top Filter

Stericup and Steritop sterile filtration devices use dependable, high-performance membranes for optimum sterile filtration of laboratory reagents, buffers, and media. These devices combine higher flow rates and throughput with low non-specific binding and a stable, no-tip design. This Steritop 500 mL bottle-top with 0.22 μm pore size polyethersulfone (PES) membrane filter unit can be used on bottles with 45 mm openings, designed for vacuum applications.
Stericup and Steritop systems are designed to reduce foaming and protein denaturation while maximizing flow and can be used for sterile vacuum filtration of aqueous solutions such as tissue culture media and biological fluids. Tissue culture media +/- additivesBuffersBiological solutions
