About qTOWER iris Color Modules
qTOWER iris holds up to six color modules. Each module is matched to a dye range – from FAM and SYBR Green in the green, through HEX, TAMRA and ROX, to Cy5 and Cy5.5 in the red and ATTO dyes in the UV range.
The instrument is factory-calibrated, so new modules and dyes do not need a recalibration. Color module 1 is included with every qTOWER iris.
