Successfully, the engineers and technicians of Service Department of Noor Scientific & Trade ( in coordination with an expert from the manufacturing company ) completed the mission of installing & operating the vaccine production line at the VACSERA vaccine production project in 6 th of October City. The task included : commissioning, installation, initial operation, IQ/OQ testing, site acceptance testing, customer staff training ( operation / maintenance ) of a complete line produced by the RAME – HART (USA) which is exclusively represented in Egypt by Noor Scientific & Trade.

Automatic Egg Harvester for Vaccine Production
Advanced egg harvesting technologies boost yields. RAME – HART’s Automatic Egg Harvester for Vaccine Production improves productivity and minimizes the physical handling of eggs while performing multiple operations, including eggshell removal, egg – inspection beside harvesting. Rame – Hart advanced technologies include the harvest station, de – capping station, reject station (vision system), tray in-feed station, dump station (with grinder option), unloading station & the simplified control box. 10,000-20,000 eggs/h to be processed.

Chicken-egg-based vaccine production remains the most effective manufacturing method available for several vaccines. Viruses are inoculated into chick embryonated SPF (Specific Pathogen Free) eggs of 10-12 days old, and after incubation period 48-72 hours, eggs become ready for the precious harvest by collecting the egg fluids yield. Production processes have evolved in terms of yield, automation, capacity, quality control, and production speed.
